Marvel delves deeper into the rich universe of Wakanda with the announcement of ‘Eyes of Wakanda’. Although a third Black Panther film has not yet been confirmed, the studio is focusing on this animated series for Disney+, which explores the expansion of the beloved kingdom.
A year after the release of Wakanda Forever, Marvel continues to experiment with the possibilities of this African kingdom. Eyes of Wakanda, developed for Disney+, offers an animated look at life after T'Challa. Animators will play a crucial role in exploring new storylines and expanding the Wakandan legacy.
Although details about the plot and voice actors have not yet been revealed, ‘Eyes of Wakanda’ is scheduled for release on Disney+ in 2024. This announcement follows the success of ‘Wakanda Forever’ and joins Marvel's growing portfolio of animated series, including ‘X-Men ’97’ and ‘Spider-Man: Freshman Year’ scheduled for next year.
