Disney Newport Bay Club, which opened on April 12, 1992, is a 4-star hotel on the shores of Lake Disney. Architect Robert Stern designed it in a New England nautical atmosphere of the early last century. Built in the shape of a bay around the shores of Lake Disney, the hotel features its own lighthouse. In 2014 and 2015, all rooms at the then 3-star hotel underwent a complete metamorphosis, receiving an additional star in 2016.
The hotel has a total of 1093 rooms, including 797 Superior rooms, 284 Compass Club rooms and 12 Suites, making it the largest hotel in the entire resort. Family rooms up to 6 people are also available, as well as rooms with private terraces. For stunning views, Superior and Compass Club rooms overlooking Lake Disney can also be booked.
In the Cape Cod restaurant you can enjoy an extensive evening buffet with dishes of international cuisine and some fish specialties, and in the Yacht Club restaurant you can taste Mediterranean dishes and specialties.
