Overview
Disney Sequoia Lodge is a 3-star hotel on the shores of Lake Disney, which opened on 12 April 1992. It was designed by architect Antoine Grumbach in the style of the American National Parks from the early 20th century. The hotel consists of a main building in the form of a rustic lodge, with six smaller lodges at the rear where you can stay among the tall sequoias.
In total, there are 1,011 rooms available, including 286 Standard Rooms in the five lodges, 572 Standard Rooms in the main building, 124 Golden Forest Rooms and 14 Suites. The rooms in the main building are closer to the facilities for added convenience, and there are also rooms and suites with views of Lake Disney available.
At Hunter's Grill and the Beaver Creek Tavern, the hotel's restaurants, you can enjoy a delicious international buffet in a log cabin setting, and at the Redwood Bar and Lounge you can enjoy a hot chocolate or refreshing cocktail by the fireside.
