Disneyland Paris unveiled its plans for 2026 during the InsidEars event. It was confirmed that the Dream Factory in Walt Disney Studios Park (soon to be Disney Adventure World) will have a successor. The new production will open on 7 February 2026. Minnie's Dream Factory to be seen.
After six seasons Disney Junior Dream Factory The show venue is undergoing a transformation. The dream machine has been on hold for a while, but will be restarted next year with Minnie Mouse in the lead role.
A new adventure with Minnie and friends
The creative mind behind this innovation is director Susan Plyer. As early as 2024, she was toying with the idea of putting Minnie and her friends centre stage. “I wanted to give the show a new twist,” says Plyer. “Our Disney Characters are the heart of Disney, so who better than them to cherish our dreams?”
In this new story, Minnie is in charge of the factory. She is assisted by a real ‘dream team’:
- Chip and Dale provide the comic relief as usual.
- Donald Duck is responsible for all technical details (which will undoubtedly lead to some amusing situations).
- Daisy Duck brings boundless energy and enthusiasm to motivate the team.
The central theme of the show is cooperation. Whereas in the previous version the machine sometimes faltered due to a lack of dreams, problems are now solved as a team. “Making your dreams come true is always a challenge,” explains Susan. “Only by helping each other can you succeed.”
Disney Channel hits and interaction
Music remains the driving force behind the show. For the soundtrack, deep in the archives of Disney Channel Iconic songs have been selected and specially adapted to perfectly match the scenes. Visitors can expect a mix of nostalgic sing-alongs with a new twist and an original new score.
The show will also be more interactive than ever. Together with lighting designer Adrien Mourey, a setting has been created that brings the audience closer to the action. The performance now takes place on three levels: the stage, the mezzanine and the area directly in front of the stage, creating an intimate atmosphere.
The factory is also undergoing a visual transformation. Set designer Tiphaine Bonin has adapted the decor with playful references to Minnie, supported by a completely new lighting plan. Of course, the costumes of the Disney characters have also been specially designed for this show in the workshops of Disneyland Paris.

Triple talents and sign language
The cast of Minnie's Dream Factory consists of genuine ’triple talents’: performers who can sing, act and dance. Fourteen top talents were ultimately selected from more than 800 auditionees.
A special detail is the integration of French Sign Language (LSF). Where actors who used sign language in previous seasons often had a narrative role on the sidelines, they are now fully integrated into the production itself. This inclusive version of the show will be performed on weekends and during school holidays.
Minnie's Dream Factory will be on display from 7 February 2026 at Walt Disney Studios Park (which will be transformed into Disney Adventure World).
