Good news from the construction site of Adventure Way at Walt Disney Studios® Park! The themed gardens, which are set to open in 2026, are beginning to take shape. An important step in this process is the recent planting of a large number of trees, which will form a green walkway as the gateway to the new, immersive worlds of the second park.
A special moment was recently celebrated by the Walt Disney Imagineering Paris teams responsible for landscaping: the planting of the tallest tree in the expansion, an impressive Willow Oak standing at almost 16 metres tall.
This majestic tree will proudly overshadow the Gazebo Garden. In this elegant garden, inspired by English garden style, guests will soon be able to enjoy various forms of entertainment. The Willow Oak can even reach a height of 30 metres in its mature state.

In total, more than 1,000 trees of various species will be planted in the park's expansion, further enhancing visitors' immersion in the themed areas.
Over the past few years, the Imagineers have carefully selected every tree for this project from nurseries in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Italy. They ensured that they chose species that are well suited to the climatic conditions in the Seine-et-Marne region.
The trees, copses and shrubs of the expansion will further establish Disneyland® Paris as one of the greenest destinations in Europe, which already boasts around 33,000 trees, 330,000 shrubs and bushes, and 7,400 m² of flower beds. The arrival of this green giant in Adventure Way is a promising step in the realisation of this new, adventurous zone!
