Disneyland Paris is proud to introduce Brasserie Rosalie, a new French brasserie in Disney Village, which opened its doors on 8 December. This stylish restaurant, inspired by French cuisine with a contemporary twist, offers guests an unparalleled culinary experience.
Culinary indulgence
Brasserie Rosalie, located on the Disney Village promenade, offers panoramic views of Disney Lake from its two terraces. With 348 seats and an outdoor counter, Rosalie brings a contemporary twist to the traditional French brasserie concept, with a refined yet family-friendly ambiance.
Authentic French cuisine
From breakfast until late in the evening, Rosalie tempts the taste buds with authentic French dishes such as Burgundy snails, onion soup au gratin, avocado and prawn cocktails, and an extensive selection of oysters and seafood. Specialities such as creamy lobster pie and braised beef fondant offer a culinary highlight for gourmets.

Motorised chandelier
With an interior that combines the grandeur of traditional brasseries with contemporary elegance, Rosalie is characterised by paintings, large mirrors and handmade murals. A striking, motorised chandelier, designed exclusively for Rosalie, provides a visual treat upon entry, with moving lights and colour changes.
The exterior of the restaurant combines natural shades of wood, brick and metal, creating a contemporary, warm and dynamic atmosphere. This aesthetic renewal reflects the new visual identity of Disney Village, whose façades will be redesigned from 2024 onwards.
Future of Disney Village
Brasserie Rosalie is just the beginning of the transformation of Disney Village, an area that continues to evolve with new shopping and dining offerings. This promises an exciting journey full of surprises and lasting enchantment for guests of Disneyland Paris.
