Frozen
Walt Disney Studios Park will soon welcome a new enchanted land : in fact, a new zone that will bring to life the popular movie Frozen is currently under construction. The project, realized by talented teams from Walt Disney Imagineering in Paris and around the world, will take fans of all ages to the heart of the beloved Kingdom of Arendelle.
On the threshold of the park, visitors will be greeted by Elsa's majestic ice castle, which will stand proudly atop a 40-meter-high snow-capped mountain adjacent to a picturesque 3-acre lake. It will be the area's showpiece that will take guests back to the cold kingdom they know from the silver screen.
One of the highlights of this Frozen land will be the new attraction, which will take visitors on an immersive journey through iconic passages from the films. The village will also house a store and restaurant with flavors from the North, and guests will also have the chance to meet their favorite characters during a royal meet & greet, an experience they will cherish forever.
The project is progressing steadily, and the future land is beginning to take shape. Thematic facades of the village, the base of the castle and the outline of the snow-covered mountain are becoming more and more visible. Across the Atlantic, Imagineers are working on the Audio-Animatronics® characters that will bring the kingdom's main attraction to life, and construction of the Art Nouveau-style restaurant has already begun.
Soon the biggest Frozen fans from around the world will descend on Walt Disney Studios Park to immerse themselves in the world of Elsa, Anna, Olaf and their friends. It will undoubtedly be a new source of memories.
